game in the past years and the competition is crazy, and more and more people have witnessed this recently when Zimbabwe held its first ZimDancehall Awards with Soul Jah Love - best collaboration and best upcoming artist

Summer Fiesta is an event
that has taken over Facebook, twitter, whatsapp and most social networks you
can think of. I say “It’s a DIGITALONE PROMOTION and this year it’s going down”
So most of you wonder why the loud noise, it’s because Digital One has
went over and put 7 artists straight from Zimbabwe on their line-up, FREEMAN
(Dancehall Doctor- Handina Godo),SHINSOMAN (Dancehall Father-mawaya waya), GUSPY
WARRIOR (MAFIA 19 –ita seunononga), SOUL JAH LOVE (GUMKUM –ndongosimudza
musoro), SEH CALAZ (MUBHANDITI –mabhanditii), NOX (ndinonyara), TREVOR DONGO
(ndashamisika)
I spoke to Digital One International, and asked most of the questions everyone wants to know and what i'm most curious about which is if the all the 7 artists are going to be there for the 3 days.
Tynie: Tell us
a bit more about digital one international..
D1: It's a family organisation which includes Calo, Benjy, Luther, Chalie, Munya, Scrilla, Iyk fresh and Star Stige. We do promotional events and we got sound which takes part in sound clashes

Tynie: wow, you got quite a team there but we already know all the
obvious, what's the back story?
D1: No I don’t want to go into personal details.
Tynie: What made and inspired you to do such a big tour?
D1: ZimDanceHall is becoming big in Zimbabwe we don't want our local Zim artist to just be known on the national level we want them to go international. ZimDanceHall must be known to all nations this tour is the beginning of a new era, basically focusing on Zimbabwean Talent.
Tynie: you tried to mix up the artists by putting 5 ZimDanceHall artists and 2 urban grooves artists, why did you not think about adding hip hop artists like Tehn diamond, Jnr brown or even Tatea The Mc?
D1: That's why I said it's the beginning of the new era, as much as we would like to bring artist from all categories we not going to jump into it.s
Tynie: i guess its one step at a time then. Some of the greatest people we have seen on tour are Winky D and Stunner what were your reasons for not picking them to be part of your tour?
D1: We have got people like Soul Jah Love, Freeman, Shinsoman and Seh Calaz who are on top of their game in ZimDancehall and we got Nox and Trevor Dongo who are releasing songs and marketing themselves every week.
Tynie: England has a lot of artists, why only choose one supporting artist to be part of this tour?
D1: We want the artist to showcase themselves and for the fans to enjoy what they have paid for. The purpose of e curtain raiser is to warm up the show that's why we only need one
Tynie: Sean focus is based in Scotland, didn't D1 think about doing one show in Scotland as well?
D1: No we didn't, Maybe next tour we will consider going as far as Scotland
Tynie Are all the artists are going to have enough time to perform at least all of their hit songs?
D1: Yes, remember the show will be starting at 8pm.
Tynie: Is everyone’s visa out yet? And should we expect all the artists to arrive on the same day?
D1: All visas are out and all artist based is Zimbabwe arrive on the same day expect Nox who is travelling from South Africa summer fiesta artists promo

Food and drinks will be available at all three shows, where there will be a jumping castle, face painters
, barbecue (gochi gochi) and kids with talent will be given the chance to showcase themselves at the Manchester show.
